These Terms of Use also apply to “DpEngineParts Social Publisher”, our official app used to publish content to social media platforms (including TikTok) on behalf of DYNOTECH PERFORMANCE (DP Engine Parts). 1. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and place orders for our products for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it to transmit harmful code.
2. Products and Custom Manufacturing
Our pistons, connecting rods, piston pins and rod bolts are precision, made-to-order engine components, manufactured to each customer’s specifications. Product descriptions, images, and technical data are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible, but exact fitment, tolerances, and compatibility should always be confirmed with us directly before ordering, given the custom nature of the products. We reserve the right to correct errors, update specifications, and change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Proforma Invoices
Orders for custom-manufactured parts are formalized through a Proforma Invoice, which sets out the agreed products, pricing, and production lead time.
