1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for orders and custom manufacturing quotes:

2. How Payment Works for Custom Orders
Because every piston, connecting rod, piston pin, and rod bolt is manufactured to order, orders are processed as follows:
- We issue a Proforma Invoice confirming the products, pricing, and estimated production lead time.
- The Proforma Invoice is valid for payment within 10 days of issue.
- Production begins once payment is received in full; the date payment is received is considered the official start date of production.
- Estimated production lead time is approximately 45–60 days from the production start date, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. We will keep you informed of your order’s progress.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL, using tracked international courier service. Once your order is ready, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions, and are confirmed on your Proforma Invoice or Invoice before payment.
- Estimated delivery time depends on your location and is in addition to the production lead time above.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For shipments outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by their country upon arrival. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are outside our control.
