Connecting rods are one of the most highly stressed components inside a performance engine. During operation, they must withstand extreme tensile forces at high RPM, intense compressive loads during combustion, and continuous changes in direction under severe mechanical conditions.
At DP Engine Parts, our racing connecting rods are developed using propreitry steel material, optimized designs, and extensive knowledge of material properties and heat treatment processes to provide the required strength, fatigue resistance, and reliability for each application.
Race Series represents our steel connecting rod solution, designed for high-performance naturally aspirated engines and moderate forced induction applications where excellent strength, reliability, and value are required.
Manufactured from high-quality forged steel and optimized through advanced heat treatment processes, these rods provide an excellent balance between strength, weight, and durability.
The Race Series is ideal for:

Recommended for applications producing approximately:
Up to 200–250 hp per cylinder, depending on engine configuration, RPM, torque output, and operating conditions.
